Y’all, I can’t believe we have 25 days until Christmas!! Have you finished your Christmas shopping? Well, if you still have littles on your list, you should consider this week’s Friday Fave- Whimsikids!
I met Casey, Whimsikids founder, this past September, and Lo and I instantly loved all of her craft kits! She creates monthly kits, but you can also message her for classroom kits. If you’re in the Franklin/Nashville area, you can sign up for one of her workshops and see her cute mobile craft studio!
We received our Thanksgiving box the week prior, and it was heaven sent. Jon had an unplanned week-long work trip, and it helped Lo transition to life without Jon for a few days. Casey packed so many activities (about a dozen) and all the necessary supplies for each craft, we were busy the entire week!
My favorite part of the kit were the recipes! The December kits will have Casey’s family recipes, and I am looking forward to trying them. We made the the Blessing Mix, packaged it into small bags, and passed it out to friends and neighbors. Lo enjoyed the scavenger hunt activity, and we’re still playing the Match game regularly.
