Ever wanted to learn to sew? Whether you're interested in garments or quilts, this is a great class to get you started on your journey! In this class, we will walk through threading your machine and winding a bobbin. Once you've mastered those two things, we will then sew various stitches, discuss fabrics and notions, and learn to read and understand patterns! Bring a friend, and make it a fun morning learning a new skill!   ***Please note supplies are not included in class fee. You must have a working sewing machine. If your machine has not been used in a while, I recommend taking it in for servicing prior to class to ensure it runs smoothly. Much like all other machines, if it has been sitting on a shelf or in the attic for an extended period of time, some parts will begin to rust.

Know a tween or teen who wants to learn to sew? Each class will include a simple project focusing on a different skill. Skills learned in this class are sewing straight lines, burrito method, and finishing seams.
