DFW Christmas in July Events

With Hallmark Channel’s Christmas in July movie schedule happening this week and Lo constantly asking about Halloween and Christmas, I am looking forward to ending the week with Christmas festivities in Dallas/Fort Worth! Here are a few events happening this weekend, starting on Thursday, July 19th.

9d1ec844ece9c79d64864a3f1432d95cFirst up, Shop Small Fort Worth’s The Collective is celebrating with cocktails/mocktails, sales, cookie decorating and more. The party begins on Thursday at 4pm, and I’ll have some fun, new products for the occasion! Invite a friend and support local makers! More info can be found on their website.

On Saturday, Bishop Arts is having a Christmas in July bash like no other in town. There will be sales throughout the shops, Santa and Mrs. Claus appearances, “ice skating” and more. There are limited glasses available for Sunday’s Poinsettia Walk, so I recommend you reserve your glasses early. More info can be found on Facebook.

Santa(4)
If you’re in north DFW and don’t want to mess with parking or driving to Oak Cliff this Saturday, Hawaiian Falls in Garland is also celebrating Christmas in July with Santa, Ice Princess, and Snow Queen. Make sure to take a new, unopened toy benefitting Santa’s Helpers and pay $8.88 for admissions. More information can be found on their website.
